Team Earth
In 2009, Conservation International asked us to dramatize the message that our planet’s ecosystems were being destroyed. At the time, the economy was suffering greatly. Countless businesses had gone under, resulting in an unprecedented number of vacant retail spaces. We decided to leverage these vacant storefronts as a low-cost medium to underscore the ecological devastation by comparing it to the surrounding economic devastation.

Messages were posted in the downtown areas of San Francisco, New York City and Washington D.C.
